Richsun Precision Engineering (S) Pte Ltd is established in 2003 and specializes in precision machining of metal and engineering plastics components for a wide range of industries. As part of our continued expansion, we are seeking a Sales Engineer to join our growing team.

Job scope:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers.
  • Identify new business opportunities and markets to expand the company’s client base.
  • Prepare quotations, follow up on sales enquiries, and negotiate contracts.
  • Work closely with the engineering and production teams to meet customer requirements.
  • Provide technical advice and support to customers on product capabilities and specifications.
  • Achieve sales targets and contribute to company growth objectives.

Requirements:

  • At least 2-3 years of relevant sales experience in precision machining, metal fabrication, or related industries.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work independently to determine component costing and lead RFQ processes.
  • Technical knowledge in CNC machining and CMM basic inspection.
  • Possess a valid driving license (advantageous).
