📍 Location: Woodlands Close

🕒 Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM

💼 Employment Type: Full-Time

💰 Salary: Up to $4,000 basic + Quarterly Commission + Transport Allowance (negotiable) + Variable Bonus

Position Objective

We are seeking a driven Sales Engineer (ACMV) to grow our market presence, identify new business opportunities, and build lasting relationships with key customers, especially within the ACMV contractor space. This role involves hands‑on sales, client engagement, and strategy execution to drive brand visibility and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Actively conduct outdoor sales activities to promote our HVAC/ACMV product range.
  • Develop and grow new client accounts, particularly ACMV contractors.
  • Implement effective sales strategies focused on achieving quarterly and annual targets.
  • Prepare quotations and proposals professionally and follow up diligently.
  • Forecast demand trends and coordinate inventory needs.
  • Manage customer enquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
  • Collaborate with internal operations, logistics, and technical teams to ensure service excellence.
Requirements
  • Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Business, or a related field.
  • 2 years of experience in sales or sales coordination (preferably in engineering or construction).
  • Prior experience in ACMV systems or HVAC-related industries.
