Hi there! Thanks for stopping by

Are you actively looking for a new opportunity? Or just checking the market? Well… you might just be in the right place.

We’re looking for a Sales Enablement Manager to join our Retail Sales team in Canada (preferably Montreal or Toronto). You’ll play a key role in empowering our sales teams to reach new heights — designing impactful training programs, sharpening competitive strategy, and fueling performance across North America.

Please note: While we’d love to have you join us at our HQ in Montreal, we’re also open to remote work anywhere in Canada, as long as you can work 9 a.m.–6 p.m. EST.

What you’ll be doing
  • Design and deliver engaging onboarding and continuous learning programs for our Retail sales reps
  • Identify skill gaps and create targeted learning paths that drive quota attainment and professional growth
  • Partner with Product Marketing and Revenue Operations to align training with go-to-market strategy
  • Build and maintain a suite of competitive enablement tools (battlecards, objection handling, etc.)
  • Bring creativity to every session through role-plays, gamified learning, and digital platforms
  • Track and analyze training effectiveness, providing insights to leadership for continuous improvement
  • Coach and mentor sales reps to help them reach their full potential
What you need to bring

We’re looking for a mid level professional who has experience with:

  • Building and facilitating impactful training content for sales teams
  • Using modern enablement tools such as Salesforce, Gong, Outreach, or Nooks
  • Translating data and feedback into actionable insights
  • Collaborating across cross-functional teams in fast-paced environments
  • Deep knowledge of sales methodology and motivation techniques
  • As a global company with employees and clients outside of Quebec, fluency in English as a working language is required for this position

Bonus points if you have:

  • Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS)
  • Background in SaaS or Retail sales environments
  • Familiarity with competitive intelligence frameworks

  • A culture that celebrates performance
  • The chance to make an impact in a team that’s big enough for career growth, but lean enough to make your voice heard
  • Career-defining opportunities

Plus benefits designed to keep you happy, healthy and fulfilled.

  • Flexible paid time off and remote work policies
  • Equity options, because this is your company too
  • Contributions to your pension plan. Your future matters
  • Training opportunities to grow your skills and career
  • Health and wellness credit so you feel your best
  • Time off to volunteer and give back to your community
  • Interest groups, employee led networks, social committees to sponsored sports teams
  • Computer purchase program to get your personal Macbook
