About the Role

We are looking for a Sales Enablement Lead to help design, scale, and continuously improve our GTM learning engine. In this role, you’ll empower our sales team with the content, training, tools, and insights needed to reduce ramp time, improve conversion, strengthen product expertise, and drive revenue performance.

You’ll collaborate across Sales, Marketing, RevOps, and Product to help standardize workflows, ensure messaging consistency, and enable our team to execute at a high level.

What You’ll Do
  • Support the build and execution of sales enablement programs across onboarding, training, and field readiness
  • Create and maintain sales playbooks, talk tracks, objection handling guides, and competitive positioning assets
  • Lead product-focused training tracks, including product certification programs for sellers that ensure consistent messaging and deep product expertise
  • Assist with sales onboarding programs and ongoing learning initiatives to reduce ramp time
  • Partner with Product Marketing and Product teams to translate updates, launches, and capabilities into clear, actionable GTM training
  • Maintain and organize our enablement content library, ensuring accuracy and accessibility
  • Support RevOps on workflow optimization, tool adoption, and process alignment
  • Analyze seller performance signals, training consumption, and qualitative feedback to identify gaps and opportunities
  • Coordinate and deliver live learning sessions, coaching support, and certifications (product, methodology, process)
  • Conduct field shadowing and deal reviews to surface patterns, enablement needs, and opportunities for improvement
What you’ll Bring
  • 3+ years' experience in Sales Enablement, Sales Training, RevOps, or B2B SaaS sales
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with confidence presenting to groups
  • Understanding of modern SaaS sales methodologies (MEDDICC, Challenger, etc.)
  • Curious, organized, proactive — you build clarity and momentum
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally in a fast-paced, evolving organization
  • Tools experience: CRM (Salesforce or HubSpot), LMS/enablement platforms, sales productivity tools
About you
  • You are a builder who loves enabling others to be exceptional
  • You simplify complexity and turn insights into repeatable processes
  • You’re energized by collaboration, experimentation, and execution
  • You take ownership and bring a high bar for quality and clarity
