  • Account-Based Marketing (ABM): Execute a targeted, omnichannel ABM approach to optimize conversion rates specifically within Mid-Market accounts.

  • Leveraging Tech Stack: Expertly utilize our technology stack (Salesforce, Sales Navigator, Nooks, Salesloft, Gong, Clay, ZoomInfo) to prospect into target accounts, identify key decision-makers, and build a deep pipeline for the sales team.
  • Creative Strategy: Actively contribute creative new sales and marketing strategies that help break into complex accounts and redefine our approach to market challenges.
  • Core KPIs: You will be working an estimated 800 Accounts Quarterly across 1625 Target Personas and expected to achieve a minimum 5% conversion.
About you:
  • Experience: 1+ years of successful, dedicated experience in an outbound sales development capacity.
  • Goal Attainment: Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding targets (e.g., pipeline or meeting quotas).
  • Grit & Drive: Demonstrated relentless persistence and drive to overcome objections, with a natural tendency toward high-quality execution.
  • Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills, characterized by an honest and thoughtful approach that inspires confidence and builds enthusiasm.
  • Organizational Mastery: Strong organizational skills and acute attention to detail necessary for building repeatable processes and managing outreach volumes.
How you can stand out:
  • Building repeatable processes and systems that scale across the organization.

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
