As the Sales Development Representative (SDR) you will play a crucial role in the growth of GAIN by serving as the frontline in lead generation and relationship-building. You will be responsible for initiating and nurturing relationships with potential customers youll be the driving force in lead generation and building relationships that set the stage for success. Youll be contributing to our North American expansion building on our success in the UK Mainland Europe and Asia. This position offers an excellent opportunity to build a foundation for a successful career in sales while contributing to the long term goals and vision at GAIN.

Pay range - The typical hiring range for this role is $60000 - $80000 annually. annually which includes both base salary and performance-based bonus components. The exact mix between base and bonus will be determined based on role-related skills knowledge and experience. This range reflects our commitment to our compensation philosophy internal equity and comes with a competitive and comprehensive total rewards package.
