We’ve built Branch Business to eight figures of annual revenue, and it’s time to take it to the next level, driven by partnerships in the commercial real estate ecosystem.
We’re hiring an ambitious, AI‑savvy Sales Development Representative (SDR) in Toronto to elevate how Branch handles inbound demand.
You’ll qualify inbound opportunities sourced from our multiple inbound funnels (e.g. website forms) and work closely with the GM of B2B and our Account Executives to continuously improve our inbound engine. A substantial component of your work will involve operating, testing, and refining AI agents (inbox, voice, routing, qualification, etc.) to eliminate manual work and accelerate conversion.
You’ll also experiment with AI‑driven outbound campaigns, targeting high‑potential customer types with new Branch offerings and personalized messages that generate meetings.
This isn’t a typical SDR role. You’ll blend sales skills with hands‑on AI experimentation to build a faster, more efficient, and more helpful buyer journey.
