Job summary

A national manufacturing company in Quebec is seeking a Sales Coordinator to provide administrative support to the inside sales team. This role offers a permanent position with a salary of $55,000 - $60,000 plus bonus, along with benefits after 3 months. The ideal candidate should be bilingual, possess MS Office knowledge, and have experience in sales support in the metal or plastic industry. The position allows for a hybrid work schedule, with 2 days at home.

Overview

National manufacturing company specializing in metal is currently looking for a sales coordinator to join their team. The person will provide administrative support to assist the inside sales team in their daily tasks. Be part of a great company located in Ville Saint-Laurent! Will give you the possibility of evolving!

  • Monday to Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5 p.m. with 1 hour of lunch

Responsibilities
  • Ensure that telephone calls are well directed
  • Entering orders received from the sales team
  • Opening and setting up new accounts
  • Preparing quotes
  • Entering invoices, P/O
  • Preparing and reviewing pricing lists, returns, credit, invoices
  • Update the department of inventory issues
  • Working with different departments including warehouse
Qualifications
  • Bilingualism both orally and in writing
  • MS Office knowledge
  • Experience in a similar position
  • Priority management and versatility
  • Ability to work independently and in a team
  • Experience from the metal or plastic industry
