Job summary

The Brick is seeking a Sales Associate for a franchise location in Dawson Creek. You will deliver outstanding customer service, build relationships, and guide customers to home furnishing solutions.

In a fast-paced, commission-based setting, you’ll demonstrate teamwork, product knowledge, and adaptability. This role offers employee discounts, growth opportunities, and a supportive team environment. Evening/weekend availability is expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Proven ability to multitask and stay organized.
• Ability to learn new computer applications.
• Flexibility to work all shifts as required, including evenings and weekends.
