Our Sales Consultant engages customers with exceptional customer service and product knowledge to meet monthly goals. With a passion for the automotive industry, our Sales Consultants consistently exceed customer expectations and bring our clients the Ultimate Customer Experience!

Responsibilities & Accountabilities
  • Provide excellent product knowledge in Pre‑owned vehicles to evoke the Ultimate Customer Experience with the highest regard for customer satisfaction.
  • Fully engage in all promotional campaigns, and explore new opportunities to expand and build client base.
  • Maintains knowledge of products, available services, accessories, prices, financing, and leasing information.
  • Follow through internal and external leads through prompt response to inquiries via phone, email, in‑person, or online platforms.
  • Fulfill the sales process designed to achieve maximum results from available sales opportunities including customer greeting; qualifying; handling objections; product presentation and demonstrations; closing and delivery.
  • Uncovers customers’ needs and selects the appropriate product and services based on their needs.
  • Keeps updated on major competitors’ products, and pricing.
  • Handles customer complaints and ensures they are resolved to achieve customer satisfaction and increase client retention.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 1 year of automotive sales experience.
  • Experience automotive car sales industry in Metro Vancouver is an asset.
  • Valid VSA licensed, BC Driver’s License required.
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship‑building skills.
  • Self‑starter who is organized and able to work with minimal supervision.
  • Passionate about cars and enjoy providing exceptional client services and solving client concerns.
  • Ability to learn and adhere to sales processes with stringent deadlines.
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship‑building skills.
  • The ability to speak a second language is asset.
Compensation

$75,000 - $180,000 per year.

Work Environment

Our hours of operations are below. The hours and days of work are dependent on your role with a 40‑hour workweek for full‑time employment.

9:00 am to 7:00 pm Monday to Thursday

9:00 am to 6:00 pm Friday

9:00 am to 6:00 pm Saturday

12:00 pm to 5:00 pm Sunday & Statutory Holidays
