The Opportunity
We are on the search for a brand new role to Thrive Health! The Sales & Commercial Project Manager serves as a critical partner to the Chief Growth Officer, playing a key role in driving business development efforts and supporting strategic sales initiatives. This is not a Technical Project Manager role. The most important part of this role is to follow up on opportunities initiated by the Chief Growth Officer. This role focuses on the entire sales lifecycle—from prospecting and engagement to closing deals, and will involve interactions with all parts of the company, including sales, marketing, product, engineering, and finance. The ideal candidate will enhance executive productivity, bridge strategy with execution, and ensure operational excellence in business development activities.
Please note that the ideal candidate will be based in Vancouver, Toronto, Ottawa, or Calgary to accommodate in-person collaboration when needed.

Salary Information: The base salary range for this role is determined by a number of factors, including but not limited to job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. The base salary range for this role is $85,000 - $90,000/year.
