Job summary

JYSK Canada is seeking a Sales Colleague to join our Ottawa-area store. You will deliver fast, friendly service, share product knowledge, and keep the floor visually appealing while replenishing stock and assisting with price changes.

You will collaborate with teammates to ensure a welcoming shopping experience for every customer, bringing energy and a positive attitude to a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• High energy with strong customer service skills.

• Capacity to work independently and seek assistance as required.
• 1+ year of retail experience is preferred.

The Role:

As a Sales Colleague, you will provide fast and friendly service to our customers. You will need to have strong product knowledge and ensure the product presentation on the floor is maintained. You will also ensure stock is replenished, as well as assist with flyer products and pricing changes.

What you bring to the role:

• High level of energy with strong customer service skills

The hourly wage for this role is $17.60 - $18.10 per hour depending on experience

Additional Information

Physical demands that are required include mobility (walking, standing, climbing, bending, etc.) and manual material handling (lifting, pushing, pulling, carrying, etc.). Movement of product by use of ladders and stock pickers is required.
