Job summary

Rexall is seeking a customer-focused team member in Edmonton to support daily operations and deliver exceptional service to our customers. You will handle transactions, assist with product information, and maintain accurate stock across designated areas.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to Rexall customers
• Accurately enter product information, process cash or credit transactions, and answer customer inquiries
• Perform stock counts and place orders for designated areas accurately
• Support the team with additional duties as assigned by the Manager on-duty
• Contribute to a positive, collaborative store environment

What you will be doing:

• Providing exceptional customer service
• Accurately entering in product information, accepting cash or credit, and answering all customer inquiries
• Perform stock counts and orders for designated areas accurately
• This is role is filling an existing vacancy on the team.
• Other duties as assigned by the Manager or Manager on-duty
