Job summary

Sleep Country Canada (Sleep Country Canada/Dormezvous) is hiring for a full-time Sales Associate to engage with customers, showcase products and maintain store presentation. You will help with receiving, inventory checks and stock management while working as part of a dedicated Sales team to exceed goals.

The role requires a customer-first mindset, 1–3 years in Sales/Retail/CS, and availability days, evenings and weekends. Benefits and growth opportunities accompany this position.

In this current open role, you will:

• Engage with customers to identify their needs and wants, promote our quality products and service offerings
• Ensure our stores are always visually appealing through product presentation, replenishment and store housekeeping
• Assist with receiving, organizing, and completing inventory counts to ensure accurate stock levels
• Work together as part of the Sales team to exceed goals and expectations
