Job summary

Sleep Country Canada is seeking a motivated Sales Associate to engage customers, promote products, and maintain eye-catching store presentation in Winnipeg, Manitoba.

The role offers full-time, commission-based earnings with a potential to earn up to around $70,000 per year. Training is provided, and the team emphasizes customer delight and achieving sales goals.

Qualifications

• Ideally have 1-3 years of experience in Sales, Retail and/or Customer Service.
• A positive, optimistic attitude and a strong customer focus.
• Be ambitious and willing to commit to continuous education and learning.
• Available to work days, evenings and weekends.
• Critical thinking skills and the ability tackle problems on your own.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to identify their needs and promote our quality products and service offerings
• Ensure our stores are always visually appealing through product presentation, replenishment and store housekeeping
• Assist with receiving, organizing, and completing inventory counts to ensure accurate stock levels
