Job summary

Sleep Country Canada/Dormez-vous is hiring for a full-time Sales Associate role. You will engage customers to identify needs, promote our products and services, and contribute to a visually appealing store environment.

You will also assist with inventory, collaborate with the Sales team to meet and exceed targets, and participate in ongoing training. The position offers commission-based earnings with potential to reach around CAD 70,000 annually, plus comprehensive benefits and growth

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in Sales, Retail and/or Customer Service.
• Positive, optimistic attitude with a strong customer focus.
• Ambitious and willing to commit to continuous education and learning.
• Available to work days, evenings and weekends.
• Critical thinking skills and the ability to tackle problems independently.

Responsibilities

• Keep stores visually appealing through product presentation, replenishment and housekeeping.
• Assist with receiving, organizing and inventory counts to maintain accurate stock levels.

In this current open role you will:

• Ensure our stores are always visually appealing through product presentation, replenishment and store housekeeping
• Assist with receiving, organizing, and completing inventory counts to ensure accurate stock levels
• Work together as part of the Sales team to exceed goals and expectations

The Qualifications and Experience we like to see:

• Ideally have 1- 3 years of experience in Sales, Retail and/or Customer Service, this is considered an asset and not mandatory as we will invest in the right person!
• A positive, optimistic attitude and a strong customer focus
• Be ambitious and willing to commit to continuous education and learning
• Available to work days, evenings and weekends
• Critical thinking skills and the ability tackle problems on your own
