Golf Town Canada Inc. is looking for a Sales Associate to deliver an exceptional customer experience, helping golfers find the right gear to elevate their game.

You will rely on product knowledge and personal engagement to drive sales, grow loyalty, and support players of all levels in enjoying their best day on the course. In this role, you greet customers warmly, share expertise to recommend equipment, maintain store merchandising, and participate in daily operations.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service is preferred.
• Interest or knowledge of golf helpful.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.

As a Sales Associate, you will deliver an unmatched customer experience by helping golfers find the right gear to elevate their game. Through expert product knowledge and personal engagement, you’ll drive sales, grow loyalty, and support golfers of all skill levels in playing their best.

• Greet every customer with enthusiasm and personalized service.
• Share your product knowledge to help every customer find the right gear and create a memorable experience.
• Contribute to a seamless store experience by maintaining merchandising standards and supporting daily operations.
• Stay sharp by continuously learning about new gear, technology, and trends in the game.
