Job summary

Sleep Country Canada/Dormezvous? is seeking a full-time Sales Associate to help customers find sleep solutions, promote products and services, and contribute to a welcoming store atmosphere.

You will work days, evenings and weekends, with commission potential and benefits such as medical and dental coverage, profit-sharing, wellness credits, tuition reimbursement, and employee discounts.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in sales, retail or customer service.
• Positive, optimistic attitude with strong customer focus.
• Ambitious and willing to continue learning.

Responsibilities

Job Description

In this role, you will:

• Engage with customers to identify their needs and wants, promote our quality products and service offerings
• Ensure our stores are always visually appealing through product presentation, replenishment and store housekeeping
• Assist with receiving, organizing, and completing inventory counts to ensure accurate stock levels
• Work together as part of the Sales team to exceed goals and expectations

The Qualifications and Experience we like to see:

• Ideally have 1-3 years of experience in Sales, Retail and/or Customer Service, this isconsidered an asset and not mandatoryas we will invest in the right person!
• A positive, optimistic attitude and a strong customer focus
• Be ambitious and willing to commit to continuous education and learning
• Available to work days, evenings and weekends
• Critical thinking skills and the ability tackle problems on your own
