Job summary

Roots is seeking a Sales Associate in Canada to deliver exceptional customer service, build authentic customer relationships, and support daily store operations. You’ll engage customers, meet sales goals, and contribute to a positive store environment that reflects the Roots brand.

You’ll join a collaborative team that values initiative, integrity, and growth, with opportunities to learn product knowledge and advance within Roots.

Qualifications

• Availability to work a minimum of 3 shifts per week including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be available to work during the peak holiday period, from mid-November through the first week of January.
• Ability to stand and move throughout the store for extended periods during a 3-8 hour shift.
• Ability to frequently bend, reach, twist, and move merchandise.
• Ability to safely lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
