Job summary

Aaron’s is seeking a Sales Associate to engage customers, drive sales, and support showroom operations. You will help customers find products, keep the floor organized, and assist with light clerical tasks while representing a top retail brand.

The role emphasizes teamwork and customer service in a dynamic store environment. We offer competitive pay ($17–$19/hour) with eligibility for incentive pay, plus benefits.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Able to work a schedule of hours varying from 9:00 am to 8:00 pm.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs. on your own and up to 300 lbs. assisted with appropriate equipment and/or another associate.

Responsibilities

• Help customers select their new products.
• Assist with cleaning, organizing and moving merchandise.
• Perform clerical duties, including creating and maintaining customer files.
• Maintain a positive sales floor environment.
• Assist customers and potential customers in person and on the telephone.
