Job summary

Plantlife Cannabis in Olds, AB is hiring a sales advisor to join our fast-growing cannabis retail team. You will help guests with product information, process transactions, and ensure a welcoming shopping experience.

We value team players who can work independently, handle cash, use a POS, and stay patient with guest inquiries while driving friendly, results-oriented service.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a sales advisor or in guest service/sales.
• Experience handling cash and utilizing a POS system.
• Able to balance a guest-oriented and a results-driven approach.
• Patient and comfortable dealing with guest complaints.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests with product information and recommendations.
• Process transactions accurately using the POS system.
• Maintain high levels of guest satisfaction and store cleanliness.
