Plantlife Cannabis in Lloydminster is hiring a Sales Advisor to join our fast-growing cannabis retail team. You will help guests, educate on products, handle transactions, and ensure a welcoming store experience.

We value team players who can work independently, communicate well, and deliver outstanding service. Flexible hours and staff discounts are offered as part of our commitment to growth and learning in the cannabis industry.

Formación

• Experience as a sales advisor or guest service role.
• Experience handling cash and using a POS system.
• Able to balance guest-focused and results-driven approach.

Responsabilidades

• Assist guests and answer product questions in a friendly, professional manner.
• Process transactions accurately and operate the POS system.
• Maintain store cleanliness, product knowledge and visual displays.
• Educate guests on cannabis products, promotions and safety.

Welcome to Plantlife Cannabis! We're so excited to lead Canada with one of the fastest-growing Cannabis Retail companies. We currently have 40 retail operations opened and/or in development, and the growth doesn't stop there!! We are currently hiring for our Lloydminster location!

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a sales advisor or in another guest service/sales role
• Experience in handling cash and utilizing POS system
• Able to balance a guest-oriented and a results-driven approach
• Patient and comfortable dealing with guest complaints
