Job summary

Sleep Country Canada is seeking a motivated Sales Specialist to join our team. In this full-time role you will engage with customers, promote our sleep products and provide outstanding service to help Canadians sleep better.

You will work with the Sales team to meet goals, maintain store presentation, and participate in inventory counts. With commission earnings and benefits, this is a rewarding entry into a leading sleep retailer.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in Sales, Retail and/or Customer Service; asset but not mandatory.
• A positive, optimistic attitude and a strong customer focus.
• Ambitious and committed to continuous education and learning.
• Available to work days, evenings and weekends.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
