Job summary

A retail jewellery company in Nova Scotia is seeking a skilled customer service representative. Overview

• Attend to customer’s enquiry and provide excellent customer service.

• Maintain long-term customer relationship
• Housekeeping and ensuring consistency of product presentation, display and branding
• Perform ad-hoc duties as and when required

Requirements

• Min. 2 years relevant retail / sales / customer service working experience
• Conversant in English and Mandarin to attend to our Mandarin speaking customers
• Keen interest and prior experience in jewellery is preferred
• Training will be provided to candidates without prior experience
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Positive working attitude and good team player
• 5.5 days work week
• Able to work shift hours, retail hours, weekends and public holidays
• Uniform provided
