Plantlife Cannabis in Canada is hiring a Sales Advisor for our Hollick Kenyon location in Alberta. Join a fast-growing cannabis retail team delivering friendly, knowledgeable guest service and handling transactions with accuracy.

We value teamwork, adaptability, and a passion for the industry. You will help guests find products, educate on features, process cash and POS, and contribute to a positive store experience with flexible hours and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a sales advisor or in another guest service/sales role.
• Experience in handling cash and utilizing POS system.
• Able to balance a guest-oriented and a results-driven approach.
• Patient and comfortable dealing with guest complaints.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests with product information and recommendations.
• Process cash transactions and operate the POS accurately.
• Maintain a friendly, efficient, and compliant checkout experience.
• Address guest concerns professionally and escalate when needed.
