Qualifications

• High school diploma.
• 2+ years of sales experience (retail or commissioned preferred).
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Comfortable using MS Office and learning new systems.
• Flexibility to work days, evenings, weekends.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and stay active on the sales floor.

Responsibilities

• Guide guests in finding the right products for their homes.
• Meet or exceed sales goals.
• Stay on top of product knowledge, trends, and competitor offerings.
• Build relationships through calls, online leads, and in-store traffic.
• Keep organized and follow through on all our guests’ needs.
