WOW! mobile boutique in Sudbury is seeking a Full Time Sales Associate to engage mall shoppers, follow our proven sales process, and deliver personalized, unbiased advice. You’ll build a CRM prospect list, act as an ambassador for the brand, and help drive strong customer experiences.

Role requires 32–40 hours per week with mall-hours availability, including evenings and weekends. Cash handling, POS use, and inventory duties are part of the job.

• Customer-facing experience in retail or hospitality using a point-of-sale system.
• Available to work during mall hours including evenings and weekends.
• Wireless retail experience or commission sales experience is an asset.

Overview

Job Title: Full Time Sales Associate

Reports To: Store Manager

Location: New Sudbury Centre, Sudbury ON

Pay Rate: $17.95/hr + commission

Requirements: 32-40hr/week availability

What you will accomplish

• Actively engage mall shoppers and follow each step of our sales process.
• Consistently network, creating and maintaining a list of prospective clients using our CRM tool
• Generate hype and awareness within a mall environment by being an ambassador for WOW! and the brands we represent
• Deliver on our brand promise by offering personalized, unbiased, advice.
• Consistently achieve all key business metrics
• Offer a best-in‑class customer experience
• Participate in documented coaching conversations
• Responsible for inventory management receiving, signing, and securing inventory
• Follow merchandising and daily store cleanliness standards
• Complete daily operations tasks, such as opening & closing the kiosk
• Complete all required training modules and tasks
• Stay current on promotions, products, services and policies
• Follow our policies and procedures and maintain a high level of integrity
• Managing cash, point of sale and inventory systems
• Available to work during mall hours (evenings and weekends) based on operational needs
• Manage multiple priorities with a demonstrated sense of urgency
• Ability to easily adapt to change in a fast‑paced environment
