Job summary

The Dufresne Group is seeking a Sales Associate for our Steinbach store at 180 Main St. You will welcome guests, help them select home décor and furniture, and guide them through purchase to delivery.

A strong focus on customer relationships and product knowledge will drive sales in a fast-paced, friendly environment. Ideal candidates bring a passion for home design, a high school diploma, and experience in retail or customer service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is required or preferred.
• Retail sales or customer service experience is preferred.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Well-organized, solution-oriented approach.
• Drive to succeed and reach goals.
• Comfort with technology and learning in-house programs.
• Availability to work retail hours, including days, evenings, weekends and holidays.
