Job summary

Sleep Country Canada/Dormez-vous? is seeking a motivated sales professional to join our team as a full-time associate.

You will engage with customers to identify needs, promote our sleep products, and help maintain attractive store displays and organized stock across multiple locations. You will participate in stock replenishment, collaborate with the sales team to surpass targets, and travel regularly to six store locations to support business needs.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in Sales, Retail and/or Customer Service
• Positive, optimistic attitude and a strong customer focus
• Ambitious and willing to commit to continuous education and learning
• Available to work days, evenings and weekends
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to identify their needs and wants, promote our quality products and service offerings
• Ensure our stores are always visually appealing through product presentation, replenishment and store housekeeping
• Assist with receiving, organizing, and completing inventory counts to ensure accurate stock levels
• Work together as part of the Sales team to exceed goals and expectations
• Regularly work and travel to 6 store locations to support business needs
