Chatters is seeking a Store Manager for our Stone Road Mall, Guelph Retail Salon. You will lead daily retail and salon operations, coach a high-performing team, and own scheduling, payroll, inventory, and budgeting.

You’ll build strong customer relationships, analyze performance, and drive continuous improvement while ensuring a premier, memorable experience for every guest.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of retail leadership experience.
• Proven success leading teams, driving sales performance, and managing operations.
• Strong background in inventory management, scheduling, payroll, and budgeting.
• Passion for beauty and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
• Excellent communication, organization, and time-management skills.
• Ability to multitask and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment.
• Reliable, accountable, and solution-oriented leadership style.
• Salon experience is considered an asset.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee daily retail and salon operations to deliver a seamless, elevated customer experience.
• Coach, develop, and inspire a high-performing team to achieve sales, service, and operational goals.
• Own scheduling, payroll, inventory management, budgeting, and performance planning.
• Ensure the salon is clean, well-stocked, and beautifully merchandised to Chatters’ standards.
• Build strong relationships with customers, creating loyalty through consistent and memorable experiences.
• Analyze performance metrics and take action to drive results and continuous improvement.
• Lead hiring, onboarding, training, and ongoing development of team members.
• Act as the primary leader on the floor, solving problems and making decisions that positively impact the business, customers, and team.
