Pearle Vision in Winnipeg, MB, is hiring a Casual Part-Time Sales Associate to join your neighborhood store. You’ll help customers select eyewear, provide friendly service, and contribute to meeting daily store goals in a welcoming, fast-paced retail setting.

No optical experience is required—on‑the‑job training is provided. You’ll gain knowledge of eyewear trends, enjoy flexible scheduling, employee discounts, and a supportive team that values inclusion and great customer experiences.

What We’re Looking For

• Passion for Customer Service: Experience in retail or customer service is a plus, but your enthusiasm for helping others and creating great experiences is key.
• Sales Savvy: Thrive in a dynamic environment, using your communication skills to engage customers and drive sales.
• Tech-Savvy & Detail-Oriented: Comfortable using technology to enhance customer experience while maintaining accuracy with transactions.

Preferred Qualifications

• Optical Experience: Prior experience in optical retail or familiarity with optical products

Employee pay is determined by multiple factors, including geography, experience, qualifications, skills and local minimum wage requirements.
