Job summary

Kibbi in Ontario is seeking a customer service associate for our specialty shop. This on-site role involves handling payments, advising on merchandise, and promoting products.

You will greet customers, discuss purchase needs, and support both in-store and online transactions. The position is permanent with 37.5–40 hours per week, primarily English-speaking, with free parking available.

Qualifications

• College/CEGEP or equivalent experience.
• Experience in a specialty shop or on-site customer service is preferred.
• Experience an asset.

• Accept cash, cheque, credit card or automatic debit payment.
• Provide advice about merchandise.
• Advertise and/or promote products, sales or services.
• Conduct sales transactions through Internet-based electronic commerce.
• Estimate or quote prices, credit or contract terms, warranties and delivery dates.
• Greet customers and discuss type, quality and quantity of merchandise or services sought for purchase, rental or lease.
