Foot Locker Canada in Alberta is seeking a Sales Associate to welcome customers, share product knowledge, and help build head-to-toe looks in a energetic sneaker culture environment.

You'll assist with in-store tasks, process online orders, and maintain clean, organized spaces while delivering outstanding customer experiences and representing the Foot Locker brand with passion and integrity.

Responsabilités

• Welcome customers and help make the store a fun place to shop.

• Drive sales by sharing knowledge of the products and helping customers find they'll love.
• Pick, pack, and ship online orders with care so they're ready to go and arrive on time.
• Help with daily store tasks like restocking, maintaining or upkeeping of fitting room, cash handling, and keeping the floor clean and organized.
• Maintain store visuals and recovery standards so the store is always customer ready.
• Follow all safety, loss prevention, and standard operating procedures to protect customers, teammates, and product.
• Handle all company and customer information responsibly and maintain confidentiality at all times.

Sales Associate

The Sales Associate is a frontline team member who helps bring sneaker culture to life in a fun, welcoming way for customers of all ages. This role is all about connecting with kids and families, sharing product knowledge, and creating a positive, high energy store experience that makes everyone feel excited to shop.

Sales Associates act as friendly brand ambassadors, helping customers find the right styles and fits, supporting daily store activities, and keeping the store looking clean, fresh, and ready for the next visit.

What You’ll Do

Customer Experience & Sales

• Welcome customers and help make the store a fun place to shop.
