COBS Bread in Toronto is seeking a personable Sales Associate to share their enthusiasm for fresh baked goods with loyal customers. You’ll help create a welcoming in-bakery experience and learn the ropes of merchandising, transactions, and basic production.

No experience is required—just a positive attitude and willingness to learn. You’ll join a small team, enjoy flexible hours, training programs, and perks like complimentary products each shift.

Formación

• Retail experience and experience handling cash, credit, and debit is a strong asset.

Responsabilidades

• Provide an exceptional customer experience as part of a small team.

• Keep the bakery clean and assist with production; you’ll learn baking.
• Help with local community events and End of Day Giving bread donations.

Your Role as Sales Associate

At COBS Bread, we celebrate fresh. Our Sales Associates are experts in freshness, and in giving our customers a great in-bakery experience. Right now, we are looking for personable Sales Associate to share their enthusiasm for all things fluffy and sweet with our loyal customers. No experience necessary- just the right attitude and a willingness to learn.

What Your Day Looks Like

• Work as part of a small team, providing an exceptional customer experience, and getting to know your regular, loyal customers
• Be responsible for merchandising product and executing marketing campaigns
• Work alongside your team to keep the bakery clean, and assist with production as needed. (Yep- you’re going to learn how to do some baking!)
• Help with local community events and donation of bread as part of our ‘End of Day Giving’ program

Physical Requirements

• Continuous standing/ walking for all tasks
• Constant use of both hands
• Frequent lifting and carrying up to 7.5 kg., reaching below shoulder level, bending and turning
• Occasional lifting and carrying up to 22 kg, pushing, pulling, crouching, bending and reaching above shoulder level
