Carter’s / OshKosh in Sydney, Canada, is seeking a Sales Associate to be the first face of the brand for growing families. You’ll welcome customers, share product knowledge, and support them from checkout to in-store experiences, ensuring a positive shopping journey.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering friendly, responsive service to customers.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and offer product knowledge and shopping guidance.
• Resolve issues promptly in a busy retail setting while handling multiple customers.
• Assist customers with omnichannel options to ensure a seamless shopping experience.
• Execute POS transactions accurately and complete floor replenishment as needed.
• Promote current promotions and Carter’s loyalty program to customers.
