Job summary

Carter's in-store is seeking a Sales Associate to warmly greet customers, explain product lines, and assist with purchases and promotions. You will help families navigate baby and children's clothing needs while delivering friendly service in a fast-paced setting.

Join a welcoming team, work with omnichannel tools, and participate in merchandizing and stock replenishment. Flexible hours and a discount on Carter's brands are offered as part of the role.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers with a warm greeting and provide assistance with our product styles, features, and benefits
• Confidently and proactively resolve issues for customers in a busy retail environment
• Meet customer needs by assisting with omnichannel as needed to ensure a positive shopping experience
• Execute and expedite point of sale/register transactions
• Complete floor replenishment and shipment as needed
• Articulate current promotional events and the brand loyalty program to customers
• Minimize store loss by providing exceptional customer service and maintaining a safe, clean store
