Job summary

Foot Locker, Inc. is seeking a Sales Associate to welcome customers, help build head-to-toe looks, and deliver a fun, high-energy store experience for families and sneaker enthusiasts.

You will drive sales through product knowledge, assist with daily store tasks, restock, maintain visuals, and support online order fulfillment with care and speed.

• Maintain store visuals and recovery standards so the store is always customer ready.
• Follow all safety, loss prevention, and standard operating procedures to protect customers, teammates, and product.
• Handle all company and customer information responsibly and maintain confidentiality at all times.
• Work together with teammates and leaders to crush store goals.

The Sales Associate is a frontline team member who helps bring sneaker culture to life in a fun, welcoming way for customers of all ages. This role is all about connecting with kids and families, sharing product knowledge, and creating a positive, high energy store experience that makes everyone feel excited to shop.

Sales Associates act as friendly brand ambassadors, helping customers find the right styles and fits, supporting daily store activities, and keeping the store looking clean, fresh, and ready for the next visit.

What You’ll Do
