Job summary

La Vie en Rose in Canada is seeking a part-time sales associate to engage customers, explain product features, and drive sales in a fashion-forward lingerie and swimwear environment.

You will greet customers, assist with product selection, and maintain a welcoming store atmosphere during peak periods. Prior sales experience and flexibility to work holidays are valued.

Qualifications

• Previous sales experience.
• Love for clothing that celebrates feel-good femininity (lingerie, sleepwear, swimwear).
• Excellent customer service and active listening.
• Proactive and conscientious.
• Willing to work holidays and longer hours during busy periods.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and help them find products.
• Explain products' quality, materials and features and suggest complementary items.
• Be available in fitting rooms to assist customers.
• Meet and exceed personal sales goals with training support.
• Organize products on sales floor to create a memorable shopping experience.
• Keep store and backstore clean and tidy.
• Identify new products and share top picks with customers.
• Assist at checkout and process transactions.
• Follow head office policies and procedures and support team.

What a typical workday looks like

Under the supervision of the store management team, you will be responsible for assisting and advising customers while working to maximize sales. Here’s how:

• Give a warm welcome to every customer who comes into the store;
• Help them find everything they’re looking for—answer their questions, explain the products (quality, materials, technical features) and suggest other products they might like;
• Make yourself available when customers are in the fitting room;
• Meet and exceed your personal sales goals (our training will help you get there!);
• Prepare, identify and place products on the sales floor to provide a memorable shopping experience;
• Ensure everything is clean and tidy in the store and backstore;
• Be on the lookout for new products so you can share your top picks with your customers;
• Accompany customers to the cash register and process their transactions;
• Respect and apply the policies and procedures of the various head office departments (don’t worry, we’ll explain everything to you!);
• Perform other duties where needed to support the team.

PERMANENT, PART TIME

HOURLY SALARY : 18,25 $ - 19,55 $
