Ashley Canada – The Dufresne Group in Lethbridge is seeking Sales Associates to help guests find the right products for their homes and to meet sales goals. The role offers strong earning potential with part-time and full-time tracks, and opportunities for career growth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma
• 2+ years of sales experience (retail or commissioned preferred)
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Comfortable using MS Office and learning new systems
• Flexibility to work days, evenings, weekends
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and stay active on the sales floor
