The Dufresne Group is hiring Sales Associates for our Guelph store at 389 Woodlawn Rd W. As Ashley Canada's largest licensee, we help guests create homes they love and offer a rewarding, growth‑oriented career.

In this role you’ll guide guests, meet sales goals, stay current on products, and build relationships. You’ll need 2+ years of sales experience, strong communication, and flexibility to work days, evenings, weekends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma.
• 2+ years of sales experience (retail or commissioned preferred).
• Confident, results-driven sales approach.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and stay active on the sales floor.
