Job summary

Ace Liquor Discounter is seeking a Sales Associate to join our Edmonton store. You’ll greet customers, answer questions, and recommend products while operating the register and processing payments.

You’ll restock shelves, verify ages, and help keep the store clean and organized in a fast-paced environment. Previous retail or customer service experience is an asset, with ProServe certification or willingness to obtain.

Qualifications

• Previous retail or customer service experience is an asset.
• Valid ProServe Certification (or willingness to obtain).
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and stand/walk for most of the shift.
• Reliable, positive, and willing to support the team to meet shared goals.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers, answer questions, and provide product recommendations.
• Operate the cash register, process payments, and issue receipts.
• Restock shelves, receive deliveries, and complete basic inventory checks.
• Check customer ID to verify legal purchasing age.
