Carter's in Collingwood, Canada is seeking a Sales Associate to welcome customers and showcase our baby and children's apparel.

You will assist shoppers with product features, complete transactions, replenish floors, and support omnichannel shopping to create a positive experience.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers with a warm greeting and assist with product styles, features, and benefits
• Confidently resolve issues for customers and balance multiple customers in a busy retail setting
• Assist with omnichannel shopping to ensure a positive experience
• Process point-of-sale transactions and complete floor replenishment and shipments
• Promote current promotions and the brand loyalty program
• Maintain a safe, clean store and minimize loss
