What you’ll accomplish with us

As a Sales Associate you’ll be at the core of our mission. Here are the main responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Sales Directors and BDMs to develop and implement business plans that achieve sales objectives.
  • Promote iA products and execute sales campaigns while soliciting new business and sharing growth ideas.
  • Deliver training to advisors on products, sales concepts, and tools, and maintain regular touchpoints for support and reinforcement.
  • Analyze advisor business models and provide portfolio recommendations to support strategic decisions.
  • Leverage CRM systems and create impactful presentations to optimize sales efforts.
  • Review sales reports to identify opportunities and refine prospecting strategies.
  • Represent the company at conferences, roadshows, and events, including occasional evenings and weekends.
