Job summary

LensCrafters is seeking a Sales Associate to deliver excellent customer experiences and drive sales in a fast-paced eyewear environment. You will help customers select frames, assist with measurements, and coordinate with an optician to ensure a perfect vision solution.

The role requires strong communication, basic POS skills, and a high school diploma or GED. Prior retail experience and comfort with new technology are a plus, with opportunities for a competitive bonus and comprehensive benefits.

• Familiarity with point of sale systems, computers & calculators with basic phone and math skills.

• Self-motivator with ability to multi-task in a fast-changing environment.

• Participates in creating a positive store environment and maintains professional relationships with peers, management, doctors and support staff.
• Keeps displays and inventory clean, attractive and organized.
• Helps foster an inclusive culture by treating customers and colleagues with respect.

Job Description

GENERAL FUNCTION

The Sales Associate sets the standard of quality in eye care and eyewear by ensuring every patient and customer has the best experience in every LensCrafters every time. The role of Sales Associate helps establish LensCrafters as the premier destination for all vision needs in your community.

Major Duties & Responsibilities

• Consistently deliver sales plan and company objectives through cultivating existing customer relationships and building new ones.

• Actively participates and contributes to a positive store environment, fostering strong, professional relationships with peers, management, doctors and support staff (Target Host partners).

Basic Qualifications

Pay Range: 18.17 - 23.62

Employee pay is determined by multiple factors, including geography, experience, qualifications, skills and local minimum wage requirements.
