Job summary

Rogers Communications in Burlington, ON is seeking a part-time retail associate to deliver exceptional customer experiences across wireless, internet, TV and home services. You will connect customers with the right solutions, represent the Rogers and Fido brands in-store, and strive to meet sales targets through knowledgeable service and upselling.

You’ll thrive in a fast-paced environment, engage with customers via inbound and outbound contacts, and contribute to a welcoming, inclusive store

What You Will Be doing:

Tailoring Solutions: Enhance the retail experience in our stores, providing best in class service by connecting with customers and matching their needs to our wireless, internet, TV, home phone, and Mastercard products
Sales Delivery: Finding opportunities,anticipatingcustomer needs, and delivering on sales targets.
Customer Engagement: Engage customers through inbound and outbound outreach programs (calls & text) to grow sales byacquiringnew customers, and drivingoverall customer retention
Brand Promotion:RepresentingRogersand Fido brands in-store and at local community events.

You can provide minimum 32 hours availability weekly, including evenings, weekends, and statutory holidays to meet customer demand andmaintainstrong performanceresults during peak times.
