The Davey Tree Expert Company is seeking a Sales Arborist for the Ontario region. You will develop new and ongoing business for the local Davey Tree team, partnering with the District Manager to showcase our history and performance to clients.

Responsibilities include generating profitable sales, managing client accounts, and coordinating work scheduling. Travel to client sites and collaboration with the local office are required, with on-site operations and on-the-job training provided.

Qualificações

• 3-year industry experience
• ISA Certified Arborist credential is required or preferred
• Valid provincial driver’s license is required
• A two-year post-secondary degree is an asset
• PHC License is an asset
• Strong leadership and communication skills

Position Overview

With residential tree service offices across Canada, Davey Tree and our employees are dedicated to providing all aspects of professional tree care for our customers. As a Sales Arborist you will look to develop new and ongoing business for the local Davey Tree team. In partnership with the District Manager and a solid team at the local office, you will work with current clients and look to establish new ones using our storied history and performance as key elements to showcase.

Job Duties

• Responsibilities will include generating profitable sales for the territory
• Focus on new business development
• Deliver excellent client experience in all interactions
• Preparing work scheduling
• Following up with clients and managing your accounts
• Field duties and additional training of staff may be required

Qualifications

• 3-year Industry experience
• ISA Certified Arborist
• Valid provincial driver’s license
• Two-year post-secondary degree is an asset
• Landscape Exterminator PHC License an asset
• Strong leadership, interpersonal, organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work safely as part of a team and possess the willingness to learn and progress

Additional Information

• Total Compensation $55 000 - $85 000 , comprised of base salary and bonus potential. Base wage will be determined based on education, experience, and relevant qualifications or certifications
