Job description

Our client is a one-stop immersive shopping center for families looking to fulfill their healthcare supply needs. Their products range from infant care all the way to elderly care supplies and services. We are looking for dedicated Sales and Operations Coordinators for the various departments of this medical supply center in Richmond, BC.

Candidates with retail sales, marketing and / or business development experience in one of these fields will be prioritized : Nutrition | Medical Supplies | Home Care | General Healthcare | Lifestyle | Sleep | Wellness

The Sales and Operations Coordinator will help develop and grow their respective departments by ensuring that marketing and business plans are implemented, reviewed, and revised as necessary.

Other Duties and Responsibilities are as follows –

  • Develop, implement, and update business plans to drive sales results
  • Liaise with suppliers; assist the team in placing orders, tracking shipments, and managing after-sales services
  • Provide support in expanding and growing the business, reaching potential customers
  • Maintain the product line by selecting healthcare and medical products
  • Search for potential healthcare product suppliers
  • Contribute to developing and executing promotion plans
  • Assist in preparing and standardizing orientation / product training materials

Requirements —

  • At least 2 years of industry-related sales / marketing / business development experience with a track record of success in growing a service or product line
  • Solid computer skills and online research skills
  • Ability to speak in Mandarin / Cantonese is an asset
