Sales and Fundraising Associate [NOC 65109]

Responsibilities
  • Attend daily team training sessions at our local office.
  • Participate in in‑person face‑to‑face fundraising campaigns in residential communities (neighborhood canvassing) and high traffic points.
  • Encourage and inspire people to become a monthly donor.
  • Solicit sales and organize fundraising activities.
  • Raise awareness of the organization’s goals.
  • Build and maintain relationships with existing donors.
  • Handle questions related to fundraising campaigns or company‑related questions.
Requirements
  • Completed secondary school.
  • Proficiency in English, including speaking and writing.
  • Ability to meet multiple deadlines and manage a heavy workload with excellent organization skills.
  • Willingness to work independently and manage teams with a high level of accuracy, professionalism, and excellent interpersonal skills.
Expectations & Benefits
  • Full‑time position, 40 hours per week.
  • Work hours: 12:30 PM – 9:00 PM with a 30‑minute unpaid lunch break; weekends may be required.
  • Compensation starts at $18.40 per hour.
  • Benefits include extended health and dental coverage and minimum provincial benefits.
  • Position requires working in various locations.
Location & Salary

Kelowna, British Columbia, Canada.

Salary range: CA$69,616 – CA$87,020.
