Job Description
  • Represent the brand professionally with a confident, warm, and solutions-driven approach
  • Conduct in-home or virtual consultations to complete detailed needs analyses
  • Design custom organizational solutions using CAD software (laptop/iPad provided)
  • Deliver a consultative sales experience that focuses on win-win outcomes
  • Attend monthly sales and skills-development meetings
  • Maintain consistent follow-up with clients and collaborate with the installation team to ensure seamless project completion
  • Cultivate referrals and repeat business through excellent client relationships
Qualifications

The ideal candidate will bring:

  • Experience or education in interior design or a strong ability to translate client needs into design driven sales solutions
  • Proven success in sales or customer facing roles where relationship building and trust directly drive repeat and referral business
  • Demonstrated ability to consistently achieve or surpass sales targets, with a strong focus on closing and revenue growth
  • Confidence in promoting and selling premium products
  • Proficiency with basic computer programs; CAD experience is an asset
  • Creativity paired with meticulous attention to detail and a focus on quality
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a dynamic environment
  • A collaborative, team-oriented mindset
  • Class 5 Driver’s License and access to a personal vehicle
Additional Information
  • Full-time, Monday-Friday with some evenings and occasional weekends
  • Ability to work in Edmonton showroom
  • 12 weeks of paid, on- the- job training
