Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager, the Sales Agronomist has responsibility for supporting Yara’s sales activities related to the defined Territory. The Sales Agronomist will utilize their demonstrated skills in questioning, active listening, agronomy and business to uncover solutions that meet the needs of the retail and farm customers. The Sales Agronomist will work in close cooperation with the other team members in the defined territory to actively pursue opportunities to position Yara’s crop nutrition solutions through meetings with retailers, consultants, setting up demonstration trials, attending or organizing field days, trade shows and farmer meetings, and bringing farmer and retail insight into the development of new products and services.
